CHOCOLATE ENROBING

Designed with new concepts to be used in all the application to coat with chocolate centres like; praline, bars, biscuits.

The new design allow an easy run of the coating line and an easy cleaning and maintenance. The chocolate application can be optimise with the flexibility of the different devices installed on the enrober that have the specific function to control the quantity of the chocolate released on the centres.

The new Enrotec has been designed for a continuous operation of 24 hours a day.

MAIN FEATURE

  • Completely manufactured in stainless steel;
  • All sides in contact with the chocolate are heated with water circulation;
  • Chocolate recycling pump with low speed to have a careful treatment of the chocolate;
  • Chocolate bottom application unit adjustable and easy to remove for cleaning;
  • Double chocolate curtain distributor easy removable for cleaning;
  • Vertical vibrator with intensity and amplitude adjustable;
  • Chocolate tails cutting roll adjustable with variable speed;
  • Chocolate vertical blowing with air temperature control and variable speed;
  • Removable chocolate hopper;
  • PLC control with touch screen operator interface with capacity up to 30 recipes.

The ENROBER ENROTEC are available in different size from 650 to 1.500 mm belt width.
